worst app i’ve ever used
this app is complete garbage. it crashes constantly and never allows me to checkout or complete my order. don’t even waste your time using or downloading this. the developers need to do better.
Great food - HORRIBLE APP
I’ve been a customer for seven yrs and the app is the worst part of this establishment. It continuously prompts for a verification code even though ive placed countless orders using the same credit card for years. It’s not user friendly or intuitive. Why they ask for a ph number in store I have no idea because it’s not connected to customer profile in the app so I’m sure I have a million points that I can’t redeem. It’s 2026, you now have multiple stores across the DMV….please invest in fixing this app!!!

Horrible App
Worst app ever. Incredibly frustrating to use. It usually ends up locking up my phone when trying to order a smoothie. I now go to Tropical because their app works flawlessly.
