worst app i’ve ever used
this app is complete garbage. it crashes constantly and never allows me to checkout or complete my order. don’t even waste your time using or downloading this. the developers need to do better.
Great food - HORRIBLE APP
I’ve been a customer for seven yrs and the app is the worst part of this establishment. It continuously prompts for a verification code even though ive placed countless orders using the same credit card for years. It’s not user friendly or intuitive. Why they ask for a ph number in store I have no idea because it’s not connected to customer profile in the app so I’m sure I have a million points that I can’t redeem. It’s 2026, you now have multiple stores across the DMV….please invest in fixing this app!!!

Horrible App
Worst app ever. Incredibly frustrating to use. It usually ends up locking up my phone when trying to order a smoothie. I now go to Tropical because their app works flawlessly.

No reward
Got the appt to get my $5 reward. It is no where to be found. Not worth it
No features
Downloaded the app so I could order ahead (which is one of the features advertised) and you can’t order ahead. Basically just opens the website ordering system through an app. Cant save payment info in the app either. Love these smoothies for quick meals on the go and thought this would be a great option to save time and avoid waiting in the store. Wish they used the Toast app instead.

The app is not useful
I love Pure Raw, however, I wish the app was a little more useful. Please add Apple Pay since saving our card is not an option. Additionally, adding a button that allows you to reorder or save your favorite order would be helpful and save time when I’m ordering. Lastly, if you mistakenly click the checkbox next to an item , the app does not allow your to undo the check. It only adds whatever that item is into your cart again. Which results in having to start my order again. Please fix these issues soon.

App login issues
The app doesn’t actually let me login. It will continue to say to change my information and fill out a signup sheet every time. Then will proceed to tell me I have an account already. If you can separate the login and signup section that would make it easier to use.
Doesn’t save CC info
Have to re-enter my CC info and address every time to make a purchase

Login issues
I tried signing into my account with my phone number, but the app requires 2 step authentication. The app said it would text me a code, but the code never came. Poorly designed app
Can’t create a log in
App doesn’t allow me to create a login because it says my browser isn’t supported, but I’m using the app, not a browser.
