Temperamental and slow
Although the idea is good. The app is difficult to use. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Currently out of commission. No product comes out when you search. Also painfully slow. Please fix your app
Too intrusive
Requires way too much private information. It’s ridiculously risky to put all personal information just registering on this app. Not worth the privacy risk.
Not recomended
Processing the order took so long and they will ask you about the date and time of your pick up but its all a lie… its a waste of time especially to all the shoppers can go to the store bcoz they have work and something to do… if you placed an order count two business days before they complete your transaction and some of the item is not even available… i recommended zero no stars

The app is super slow. It takes 5 seconds every time I want to go back, add items, delete or whatever. Plus everything on the app is not updated to real time. The representative from the store will call you most of the items are not available and INACCURATE. Landers is the best so far. Rappit normally gives me coupon but this app charges delivery fees now.

Slowest and Price inconsistent app
Goodness gracious! It’s already 2023 and yet Puregold can’t even update their app. It is by far the most slowest (app will always give you “Please wait), low tech grocery app there is! Price on the app and in the store are not the same! The

Very Useful and Helpful Apps!
This really works for me. Need some improvement in searching tab to make it more easy in finding specific item. And the quantity choices for fruits…other than that…it works good and pretty helpful and useful.

This is a SCAM app
They say they have a promo for delivery. 99 pesos only. Then someone will call you that you need to pay the full price because you bought a lot that they will send two delivery guys for it. What a total scam. And you need to pay the second delivery guy in cash. This is Puregold, May rumaraket.
Registration error
Can’t complete my registration, showing after otp “Customer registration key failed.”

There’s never an available slot for store pickup one wonders why it’s an option at all. You can only use the app during store hours which is a farcical idea in the 24/7 online world ! And don’t even bother with the chat bot!!!

I live abroad and I use this to order food for my family.
Payment - Place order doesn’t mean you have to pay the order straight away. Even if I order at 0600hrs, you have to wait for two days for the order to move from ORDER PROCESSING to PAYMENT (no matter what your payment method - and there’s always a “out of stock” item in the end esp meat/poultry, fruit & vege so be mindful. Sometime I place an order to some item as I am just curious if it will be available! 😂
Other than that, the app does the job and has been working fine this week compared to the previous week, nakakatulog ak sa pag antay (seriously) na ma-add sa cart ang item! 😂

Very bad apps
It’s incomplete and the apps will shut off suddenly even in my iPhone x. If only I can give a negative score, I would rate it negative. Not convenient app at all.

I ordered at 8am for delivery and it’s already 2pm and my order is still processing! DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

Most of the stuff I ordered didn’t say OUT OF STOCK OR NOT AVAILABLE .
I was just notified after I arrived at the store to pick up the goods.
I’ve finalised payments but wasn’t get a phone call nor email that the item we wanted were not available . But yet still showing at the website . Very lack of communication , slow process especially picking up goods . (CAVITE BRANCH)
PS: At least if an item is not available pls just have an substitute button . !!

Incompetent App
Lets you complete your order without paying it first via my selected method of payment.
I tried to contact there “Ask Sally” online help desk but it’s been 48 hours and counting no response at all.
Customer service personnel sent me an sms asking if I wanna go on with my online order consisting of 50+ items and almost half of it was out of stock.
Clearly there online stock system is not regularly updated and will just leave customers frustrated, Therefore Puregold App is incompetent and not yet ready to provide even the basic online shopping convenience experience.
And all the prices are higher than the popular competitors on the market, Which clearly contradicts there “maka masa” image.
