Disappointing app experience after transition
Overall, I’m very unhappy with the PureGym app. It feels like a huge downgrade from the Blink app and from most modern fitness apps in general. The platform doesn’t seem to have kept up with technology at all. The app is basically a repetition of the same basic information with very limited functionality.
There’s no way to track how often you’ve visited the gym in a week, month, or year, which is a basic feature many fitness apps offer. There also haven’t been any meaningful upgrades or added features that actually make the app helpful, motivating, or enjoyable to use.
Customer service is another major issue. There should be a live chat option in the app so members can get support quickly. Right now the only option is sending an email, which can take weeks to resolve issues. There’s no real human contact, which makes the overall customer experience frustrating.
The app itself feels outdated and poorly designed. It only shows billing information, subscription tiers, and upcoming payments nothing that actually enhances the gym experience. There are no useful tools, tracking features, or interactive elements.
Another disappointment is that you can’t add the PureGym QR code to Apple Wallet like you could with Blink, which made checking in much faster and easier.
Overall, the transition after the company takeover feels poorly executed. The customer experience has significantly declined, and the app needs major improvements to meet basic modern standards.

The app design works but I get errors and need to restart it often. It is too slow
Waiting list feature should improve
It’s not possible to cancel 2hours before a class begins (which is fair enough). BUT what’s not fair is that if you’re in the waiting list for a class you should be able to cancel. Because if 10 minutes before the class people don’t show up then those in the waiting list get into the class and if those from the waiting list don’t show up, get also charged a fee for no-show. I think people in the waiting list shouldn’t be charge the fee or at least should be allowed to cancel. Because it’s super unfair if I go all the way to the gym just in case I get in, what if I don’t? Then I went all the way to the gym for nothing...

Logowanie nie działa. Na poprawnie wpisane hasło i login pojawia się informacja o błędnym loginie lub haśle. Na stronie internetowej działa bez zarzutu.
Fejl i app
Når man søger efter hold (f.eks. dans) og booker sig på et hold, bliver instruktøren automatisk tilføjet til ens søgning. Så når man kigger videre efter flere hold, vises kun hold med samme instruktør. Det er virkelig irriterende, at man så skal gå ind og slette og gemme hver gang for at se den oprindelige søgning igen.

Great app
The app works perfectly. It's motivating checking how many times you've been to the gym the last couple of weeks. Really like the system of booking into classes. Feels like kind of a commitment and increases the chance of me not going in the end.
Would love to have wifi excess in the gym.
