Non reply of questions
I have been waiting for my cash reward for over 6 weeks now. You don’t reply to my emails and the prepared questions are all ‘it’s your fault’?

Don’t download this app as it’s a scam and waste of your absolute time. There is no real customer support as there is no place for help and there customer support is the same not that sends the same things.

I could cash out and when u reached out for help I got unhelpful responses and then was ghosted. Do not download. Waste of time!!
Fake company , sell your personal information to third-party
This is one of the most pathetic platforms that I have ever seen. First they give you peanuts by asking you to fill half hour long service for less than two dollars. That comes out to be less than five dollars per hour which is way low than Australia’s minimum wage rates. Even if you spend your free time filling up this, your account is suspended when you try to redeem that money that you have tried to earn. They will only issue you your gift cards when you submit your PII, including driving license and passport details screenshots over the email. They don’t have any secured server where they can authenticate anything but rather asking the customers to share their personal details over the email. Which obviously is going to be used for selling to the third parties to earn money.
Guys, please be aware. They are fake company trying to get personal information from the users to sell it for their profits.
