Worst customer service
I am new to this platform . Created my account , provided them my phone number and email for them to sell this to third party and now they don’t have any surveys . From last one month, I have been speaking to their customer support trying to rectify my account. The only response that I received from this great customer support agent - Nachiket - you need to update your profile. Standard copy and paste for every query. Even provided than the screenshot of my account that I don’t have anything to update on my profile and I have not received any survey from last one month., the response remains the same .
I cannot imagine how such companies are even operating in Australia . These companies and their customer service agents should be banned.

Non reply of questions
I have been waiting for my cash reward for over 6 weeks now. You don’t reply to my emails and the prepared questions are all ‘it’s your fault’?
This is a scam App with a customer service bot. No place for help
Don’t download this app as it’s a scam and waste of your absolute time. There is no real customer support as there is no place for help and there customer support is the same not that sends the same things.
Scam or poor customer service - maybe both!?
I could cash out and when u reached out for help I got unhelpful responses and then was ghosted. Do not download. Waste of time!!
Fake company , sell your personal information to third-party
This is one of the most pathetic platforms that I have ever seen. First they give you peanuts by asking you to fill half hour long service for less than two dollars. That comes out to be less than five dollars per hour which is way low than Australia’s minimum wage rates. Even if you spend your free time filling up this, your account is suspended when you try to redeem that money that you have tried to earn. They will only issue you your gift cards when you submit your PII, including driving license and passport details screenshots over the email. They don’t have any secured server where they can authenticate anything but rather asking the customers to share their personal details over the email. Which obviously is going to be used for selling to the third parties to earn money.
Guys, please be aware. They are fake company trying to get personal information from the users to sell it for their profits.

Faulty Surveys and Poor Customer Service
I actually like doing surveys. However, you have to be prepared to put up with a lot of poor practice. I wrote some time ago about poor screening. That hasn’t improved. Now, when I report faulty surveys ( and the frequency is increasing) I get a dismissive, generic customer service email that simply says, ‘sorry’, move on to the next survey. For a company that boasts 25 years in business, I am amazed it has lasted so long. I have a current complaint that has not been addressed, yet I received an email asking for my feedback on the issue. Oh dear, what a mess is Pureprofile. So, beware if you decide to go with this app.

Terrible product
Half the time the surveys don’t work, or worse freeze and stop working close to finishing. My final straw was taking nearly 2 hours to complete a survey for $12 and never got paid.
If you are thinking of using pureprofile you should know that your time as a human is worth a lot more than doing these surveys.

Serious Problem with the Platform
I have been with Pureprofile for few years and it is one of the most fair paying platform for survey. The survey will keep coming up on my feed.
However, for the past few months or years, I have been providing them feedback on this dodgy survey partner, samplicio or zampli or its affiliates. They didn’t listen to me and the response was Pureprofile has no control. You own the platform but you don’t have control? What a joke.

User for multiple years
I have been a user for multiple years. I loved cashing in my money for vouchers. It was one of the only survey platforms I could obtain Netflix vouchers, unfortunately the new voucher platform isn’t as vast as prezee and it has resulted in me reducing my usage on this app. It can take quite sometime to build up enough funds to cash out, but if you are doing nothing and watching Netflix/ telly etc. may as well may a dollar or two..

Not the best
Great app however when transferring your money into your bank account or PayPal account it takes up to 30 days. Compared to other survey places it’s deposited right away.
Answer surveys. NEVER get paid.
After finally reaching the $10 mark to cash out and waiting the 30 days required, I never received my money. Reported the issue and no response for over a week now.
Poor Screening
Very poor screening which leads to a waste of time. Only getting 1:15 surveys attempted. Often screened out after five minutes which captures so much personal info. Fast losing interest.

Avoid this app
After reading the reviews on this app I thought I could trust them, it’s not worth it, and u don’t get paid, the minimum withdraw is $20 and I still haven’t received it after 2 weeks, Attapol is a much better app and reliable with payments that are received either the same day or 2 days after and minimum withdraw amount is $5 which is much more better
