App is buggy sometimes and won’t load messages
I was texting someone and the app randomly just decided to stop working and wouldn’t let me text anyone

The app has a lot of problems with the messages. One time I blocked someone and I still was able to receive messages from them. Another problem is once somebody report you you are permanently banned from making another account which I find ridiculous some people really do be trying to raise break you into getting into a argument with them so they can lay on report you it’s already difficult to make friends on this app because I believe that most people judged by profile pictures alone

App has recently been too glitchy. Everyday the app crashes and now on lofi bar, messages constantly get deleted even when they aren’t offensive or gross in anyway. Purp is just becoming more bothersome to use and it’s a shame.

Too many bugs. Full of bots. Hella people lying about their age because nobody monitors this app and im not sending no damn video for evidence to anyone. Just fix the damn app or remove it from the app store

The app is actually really good. Unlike many other apps, it doesn’t feel pay-to-win. Everything works well, and you don’t have to spend money to enjoy the full experience.
However, the biggest issue is the moderation. There are way too many scammers and users under 18. I’ve reported several accounts, but nothing ever happens. It feels like the moderation team doesn’t take reports seriously. You can report someone, but their account stays active without any action being taken. I really hope the developers improve this because it’s the main thing holding the app back.
