It says I got banned for going against community guidelines and I have not been weird asking anyone weird stuff I tell them to be careful for it and they banned me for warning people abt the weird stuff people ask and the weird stuff people do and also you can’t even contact support or even talk to the purp guy inside the app they just don’t respond or either it says something goes wrong every time

I used to have purple a while ago but ended up deleting it. I just redownloaded it and it says I breached the community guidelines and can no longer use purp? I've never done anything bad on purpose in the past and confused why this happened.

DO NOT PURCHASE SUBSCRIPTION
This app is pretty fun, but if you buy a subscription, it will act like you didn’t and still require you to spend more money on gems in order to add friends. There seem to be 3 different subscriptions, purp +, pop, and ultra. If you purchase +, the option to purchase it disappears as if it never existed, and is replaced with pop & ultra. You also won’t get any perks the subscription claims. If you then purchase ultra (after already having paid for +) the reverse happens. This is either horrible app Developement, or a scam. Don’t waste your money like I did. Using the ‘restore purchases’ option does nothing btw. I also tried restarting the app multiple times, and even went as far as deleting it and reinstalling.

Eu usava o aplicativo antes e era ok. Antes nao tinha nenhum problema, comprei outro celular e fui fazer uma conta no aplicativo, não deu 24 horas e notificaram que tinha algo de impróprio no meu perfil mas era só a foto do meu rosto e excluíram minha conta.mandei mais de 3 e-mails e não retornada.
