Absolutely fantastic app for sending money to Lebanon , it’s very easy and very simple to use and cash out quickly and smoothly . Also don’t forget this is a free fee cash out. I do recommend it for everyone wanting to send money to Lebanon or want to use it when you’re on holiday at the country .
Slow customer service
They suspended my account for security checks; I provided the additional information needed; 24 hrs later they are still sitting on my cash, not responding to emails, and there is no number to call. I have no idea how, whether or when I will get it back. Pretty troubling for a financial services company.

To be honest, it was my first time I use this application and I was stressed a little because it is new and as you know, there is a lot of fraud, but this application is very easy and you will receive your money in a secure manner and even you can pay with ita lot of bills so good luck for the owners

Great app and easy use
I’ve been using purpl for a while now and its pretty good and easy to use. Definitely recommended if you do freelance or require a way to get money from relatives outside Lebanon!
Great app and locally made ❤️
A locally developed and supported app that actually works and very well. Withdrawal at the ATM is made in multiple of $10 which wonderful, a good alternate app to Taptap Send and Sendwave.
Amazing and very convenient app + Incredible customer support
Very professional and respectable company. I’ve built up a lot of trust with purpl and use purpl for pretty much all my transfers. I once had an issue with an ATM declining my transaction and the purpl app glitching and thinking the transaction on a weekend. I called ATM support and they told me to call Monday. I then went on the purpl chat and received a call from saad from purpl assuring me that this is a very rare case and he will personally sort out the issue by Monday. Tuesday arrives and saad messaged me after I received a confirmation email that my transfer was in fact unsuccessful so they returned my money immediately. Very professional company and proud of what the staff are doing for lebanon. Keep up the great work we need services like this for the younger Lebanese who always don’t want to get stuck in OMT

Amazing way to receive money
I have used Purpl for the first time few days ago and recommended it to all friends and family living abroad. The app is very convenient and free of charge specially when withdrawing funds sent from abroad when other money transfer are still charging 2% fees. Finally a good app and way to receive money without fees and in minutes. Highly recommended to everyone.

Easiest and cheapest way to transfer money from the US (Or anywhere else) to Lebanon. Nearly instant and extremely easy to withdraw the money without having to show your ID multiple times. I’ve used Whish and many other similar services but this one is for sure the best.

No fees for withdrawal
I used Purpl successfully yesterday for the first time. It was just as easy as in the demo video (once I found the right ATM, which took me a while because there are many different brands of ATMs in the same area in Zahle). Only a couple of minutes and I had my USD in hand with no fees during the withdrawal. The only fee is for the sender. In my case, to send funds from USA to Lebanon the fee is about 2% for the sender via Remitly. Still much better than the 5% that some ATMs charge in Lebanon.
