Overblown Management Reactions and Lack of Accountability
I’m sharing my experience to warn other advisors about the unprofessional environment at Purple Ocean. After reporting another advisor for harassment, I was met with a confusing and defensive tone from the first staff member I spoke with. I pushed back and set a firm boundary—and while I was direct because of the stress of the situation, the management response was completely disproportionate.
Instead of de-escalating, a manager impulsively suspended my account and labeled me 'unprofessional.' I was forced to use strategy and 'put on an act' just to get my account back and protect my finances.
The most frustrating part? When I recently brought this to the owners, they admitted that I hadn't actually broken any guidelines. They essentially acknowledged I was wrongly suspended, yet to this day, I have never received an official apology for the mistake or the financial jeopardy they put me in. The staff even tried to pivot to casual chat about birth charts afterward, showing a total lack of professional boundaries. There is a clear culture of favoritism and a lack of integrity when it comes to admitting staff errors.
Also, they finally just recently (not when the incident with the other advisor who kept coming to me) added the ability for advisors to be able to block and each time you can put the reasoning but yet will still pester you about your reasoning for wanting to protect yourself and business…and I believe they mess with your visibility.

I really enjoy this app !
Purple ocean has many different talented and gifted people . Many of the featured readers have really helped me and given me great advice ! LOVED THIS APP WHEN I FIRST used it and spent a lot of money on there as well. I had remaining money left over for more readings or video calls and when I went to go use the app currently it’s frozen or not active anymore. I’m furious to be honest with you because I did spend a lot of money and I at least had $10-$15 in credits left.

REMOVES REVIEWS/Protects Scammers
There no doubt are some genuinely gifted readers on this platform. However, it’s had begun to become overrun by the Indian readers & other scammers. And worst, if you leave a negative review on an experience or reading you’ve had, Purple Ocean WILL remove it for no reason at all (at times quoting made up policy) & taking your money while boosting scammers presence. I’ve had this happen 4 times and demanded a refund.

I do NOT leave reviews. I’m a flight attendant and I don’t even leave reviews for hotels so PLEASE hear me. I worked with a few psychics over a year and a half. They ALL told me the same thing. Exactly wha I wanted and needed to where. Nothing. Nothing has come

The ones that got closer to me where I could say hey, this don’t make sense you’re hurting me…. We’re able to remove any negative reviews.
I’ve been watching since and see they all stay the same “ratings” as far as reviews. They let a few real (negative) ones through to look legit, but it’s really just to look legit. If they can have reviews removed what’s the point??!!

I got a reading from “Beyond the Veil” the absolute worst experience of my life . I’ve had a lot of readings but hands down . This app has let me down / they overcharge , and the customer service is not fair . Specially customer service helping - and did zero to help me , i will never spend money here again; the most insincere - bad vibes I’ve experienced in a long time . Don’t download this app and waste valuable money on people who prey on your emotions.

Rude & unprofessional
This is supposed to be a platform to offer love insight, & guidance and this is the opposite of what this company has to offer, I was an advisor with them for three years and for no reason at all no explanation they cut me off with no given answers or reasons. this company doesn’t care even their support is so horrible and everything feels robotic, and there are no remote feelings I just feel that there was no type of kindness doesn’t matter if followed every rule, I had given so much of my time and energy and they still took advantage The only reason why I stood was for my clients, these are power hungry money, people, and for people who work in the industry of energy love & positivity I definitely don’t advise that you waste your time participating or give your money to the company, if you are seeking true genuine advisors I advise that you seek your advisors in person not that any of the advisor on here are false. I know quite some advisors on here that are quite amazing. don’t give the power to the company. You’re better off researching them and finding them on your own if My clients are looking for me.
