Life altering
Between the mattress and the smart base it has changed my life, sleep and health. I have degenerative disc and arthritis as well as numerous fractured disc’s. So I do mean LIFE ALTERING.
Annoying
App keeps disconnecting from the bed then when I search again it can’t be found… few days later it’ll reconnect but it’s bs that it randomly disconnects from the bed my wife has never had this problem luckily but it’s annoying.
More functionality
I wish the app had the ability to auto put the bed in a certain position at a time. For example. Imagine being able to have the bed go into zero gravity in the morning to wake you up. This should be simple to do through the app and wouldn’t cost anything. When building apps think of the consumer. This would set the mattress apart from others. I have so many more ideas. never connected, doesn’t work half the time
Great but needs Apple Watch option
App works great from my iPhone. I gave 4 stars because it could be better by allowing control from Apple Watch. It would be nice to use from my Apple Watch and not have to struggle to reach back to my nightstand for my phone. Please work on that feature!
Increases my functionality
I am a quadriplegic man and this base was purchased for me to allow me to be more functional with my voice. It works perfectly with my iPhone and I can use my voice to make any adjustments and even easily edit the presets! I'm very satisfied with this product! I would recommend it to everyone.
PLEASE UPDATE APP FOR BETTER MASSAGE OPTIONS
The only down side to this bed frame is the massage is only able to go for 30 minutes max without you having to restart it. Also it only has a low, medium, high (the medium and high frequencies are useless in my opinion) setting and the motors are NOT synchronized so you can’t get that wave feel without manually timing the motors each time. I like the low drone vibration wave feel when I can get it to do it by manually timing the head and foot motors, I just wish it had a setting to do it automatically. That’s my only gripe about the bed platform/frame.

Please add landscape mode
I wish it hand landscape mode, it’s otherwise great. They recently fixed the memory preset saving so that works now.
Won’t ever connect
For how expensive this base was it’s disappointing that it NEVER connects
Simple
No more looking for remote everyone has their phone close by and it’s simple just open app and you have everything bed will do and it’s lit up and you can see it!!
Please connect the device first
The app keeps prompting me to update the firmware and every time I open the app and try to adjust it it flashes “Please connect device first”. Sometimes it reconnects and second attempt works. Other times it never reconnects until next day. Very frustrating.

I love being able to change the memory positions anytime.

The premium plus smart base and the app are incredible together. Highly recommend. The massage feature is amazing. Would love to see the ability to add more time (minutes) during the active massage session to extent without having to stop and start over. As well as a 60 minute massage option in the app. 30 minutes is too short! Please update!

Custom memory presets on premium smart base don’t work
Having the ability to save custom settings on a phone was why we bought this base vs a different base. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t work. I go through the motions in app to save a setting. I get no errors and feed back saying it worked, but then when I set the bed to that setting, it defaults to raising head and feet up to their max. Tried both preset options, and both exhibit same behavior.

The app connected to the bed seamlessly and works great. It’s nice to have a backup in case you miss-place the physical remote. I hope this opens the door for more features in the future like: custom timing settings for the light, turn off the motion sensor feature for the light, timer for preset positions (I.e. start in a position to fall asleep and go flat after 30min), “bedtime routine” where the bed gets into a preset position at a time of day, etc. Loving the base so far!
