Fence editing needs work
The app works, I like how it’s Bluetooth. However the map editing is awful. You cannot zoom or pan while editing the fence which makes it impossible to get the fence exactly where it need to be without a lot of for thought in the zoom and location of the map before you add a polygon.
Low quality - disconnects, buffers, resets often
When it works, the options and information available are good.. but it shows disconnected, buffers, or resets the boundaries more often than not. We have no other WiFi,GPS or Bluetooth issues with other devices, and we have a rectangle 1.5 acres we are trying to fence in.
Horrible
Like everyone else this app is trash and for the price you pay for the device you think they’d have something better. Might work on small animals but larger animals this device is total trash. They just walk out the boundary with the beeping and vibration going off like nothing! They actually thought they were getting pampered and rolled around like it was nice. You get what you pay for at the end of the day. Halo it is now!

Worked 2 hours on trying to to connect you watch their video it looks easy very disappointing
Needs easier set up
Works well but would be nice if you could set it up on two different devices.

These do not work. Do not waste your money or your time trying to make them work or haggling with customer service. Four different collars. Clear sight lines to the sky. Dogs are running in the streets. Utter rubbish.
Expected more
With as much as these collars cost you would think that the app would be comparable but sadly not. Set up was easy…until I needed to modify my map. All that is there is the outline. The map has disappeared and I cannot set my perimeter. Any tips?
Slightly confusing
All the people having issues re-read page 13-14 in the manual then you will all be like ahhhh. I like the quality and the looks, interface is a bit clunky with the buttons and understanding if you saved or selected. All in all took me about 10 min to figure out.

Save your time and return
Absolutely biggest waste of my time, nothing works as advertised. App never gets signal from the collar and the mapped zones do not work whatsoever even in the wide open. These people are scam artists.
Not as advertised
This is frustrating. The collars are charged, I’m right in front of them but the app says “off line” I can’t change the map or the correction type. The instruction are verbose and convoluted. The collars only stay charged for about a day and a half, not great with LGD’s.
That said, they beep when they get close to the “fence line” and that’s what I need. I love the no subscription. I wish I could log in though so that I could access from different smart devices. I also wish I could link all collars to one training device because carrying all three is cumbersome. I’m willing to keep working with them and refine it but all the buttons on the collars and the inconsistent access on the app does not inspire glowing reviews.

Poor Connection/Unreliable
The connection to the app is super unreliable and it honestly just doesn’t ever connect. I could be standing right beside the collar outside and it doesn’t connect and the satellite shows no connection.
Bad Purchae
Collars nor tracking works. Unfortunately the rating on the collars was high, but you don’t get the app until you make the purchase and get them delivered. I’m going to try to return the worthless collars.
Not user friendly
It’s horrible on so many levels. GPS location is not accurate. Maps are dated and not accurate. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
Great Product
I am baffled by the 1 star reviews. It works well for my dog in 2 different locations. You have to read the instructions to get it set up correctly. The best part is that you are not paying for another subscription.
If I could give zero I would
The collars do not work as advertised. Once out of Bluetooth range, the collar doesn’t sync with your phone (obviously), but, it also doesn’t show you the GPS’d location of the collar. It makes the map and app function useless outside of Bluetooth range. Falsely advertised as being able to see your pets location on the map but that’s only if you’re standing next to the collar with your phone.
Fence set-up is a nightmare and when I walked my fences, the collar was off by at least 100’. Also have to re-do fences often.
Battery doesn’t even last a day.
Company WILL NOT accept returns.
I’m out over $500 for collars that do not work as advertised, my phone number must be blocked now and I can’t get through to talk to anyone at customer service, and since they told me I can’t return because it’s used, they have stopped responding to emails as well.
Don’t make my mistakes. Avoid this garbage company and garbage product.

Not worth the Money
Just as everyone has said, doesn’t work! Bluetooth only and u must be within 10 feet of ur dog for it to work. Can’t see it on the app either unless ur standing next to your dog!
