Device is good, App is awful
The device we use with this app seems to be doing its job but the app is terrible. It disconnects from the gps signal constantly so we never know for sure where the dog is until he’s within sight.
Needs improvement
Doesn’t work consistently enough to give peace of mind. Boundaries frequently erase, collar constantly disconnects, delay in action is counter intuitive. Good concept, poor quality and execution
Inconsistent
Forgets boundary lines, feedback is delayed. Overall just unreliable

OK, I guess
Seems like 1st generation, nice concept but not crisp and clean. Collar always loses connection and has a hard time reconnecting so many times fence doesn’t work. Using polygon to create fence is futsy. Worst pain, on train mode there is a 2.5 second delay in pressing button and giving bib/shock which is too late to correct a behavior most times. Little disappointed, late generations will likely be better
