Update Not Working
I downloaded the app via Apple Store, but with both this and the pear reSET (original) app, there is no way to update it. The message shows promoting an update, but the button to do so does not appear.
Help
The app is telling me I need to upgrade but there’s not showing any upgrade available so I can’t get to my exercises from physical therapy. Can you help me with this?
Awful
Used to hit $5, and up to $20 on spins but the last few months nothing any more! And now I can’t even use it. I’m on an Apple device it says it needs an update however it’s updated already and still won’t launch because of this it gets a 1 star! I’d gladly update this once I can use it again!
Can’t use app
I’ve been using your app for a while. But after my phone updated I can’t use the app. It says a download of the current version is available to push the download button but I don’t see any download button. I can’t update the app from App Store either. Help!! I need to use the app
Doesn’t work. They owe me nearly $100.00
It stopped working. Says I need an update. There is no link for an update. The App Store has no updated version. It is pretty upsetting!
