Did we get rid of the feature all together? Why is there no option anymore. This app is garbage
blended schedules
i have 2 separate jobs that both use this app. it recently updated to blend both schedules in one tab no matter which profile i’m on for which job. however it’s not putting them in order as per the calendar dates. it’s showing june 1, then june 4, then 2,3, etc. there’s also no option to separate the schedules anywhere. i don’t want them blended. i want to have my separate profiles for my separate jobs. fix this please.

I cannot send messages
The app just closes when I try to send a message. This is so unoptimized, I wish my job used any other app
Notifications
For anyone who is just starting out with this app, you will need to go to the settings > notifications to update how you want to be notified for pay stubs, shift reminders, shift swaps, and shift releases otherwise you will not be notified in anyway.
You’d think that this would already be setup OR at very minimum users to be prompted when setting up the app for the first time.

Nonfunctional
Has had the same bug disabling the ability to message for at least two years, probably forever.
Witholding paystubs
I left my job and I immediately got kicked out of the app. Which is kind of ridiculous because my paystubs are on there and I needed to print them out just in case my w2 doesn’t arrive on time since I changed addresses. I reached out to customer service and never got a reply. Ridiculous we should be able to view our paystubs at any time regardless of wether or not we still work at the job. Terrible app and customer service is non existent

I can’t even log into push and went I try to get a email for a new password nothing pops up

- Rather than saying when you’re not free, you have to share when you’re free in a 24 hour window for a long term schedule or one-off requests. So if you’re unavailable all day but don’t want to ask for vacation or sick day, you have to state 12am to 12:01am availability. You also can’t list multiple timeframes in a day that you’re available.
- viewing those working for the day means downloading a PDF doc on desktop
- UI is abysmal. Did a child design this?

Full of bugs!
It's impossible to do anything. The app just randomly closes whenever it wants. Messages I can't read. After I log in, it throws me back to the main page to make a log in again... shall I continue? For now - it's just a waste of time.
Crashes on attempt to select who to send messages to
Kinda lame that basic functionality got busted by some recent update.
Unreliable app
I put in time off and it was approved and then magically at some point disappeared. Now I’m scheduled when I’m gone and have to have an awkward convo that will likely make me look bad because this app is unreliable and things just disappear after they’ve been inputted.
App not opening Wrong password
App wasn’t opening for hours just the initial green screen with loading circle , checked updates , no pending updates , uninstalled and reinstalled the app and tried logging in , it says wrong password, reset the password and still says wrong password, to make sure I’m not doing it wrong I reset the password again and wrote down while it on paper while entering new password, rechecked it with “show password “ option and it still says wrong password when I tried that. What the hell is this??!!

Can’t login I’ve the correct email and password ice tried to change my password but can’t do it more then once. It’s a very frustrating when I’m trying to see when I work and I can’t without going out of my way to
Terrible app
You can’t see the shifts of coworkers for a day unless you are on a computer and can view it on a different web page. You can’t request unavailability days because it becomes “time off”. You can’t see weekly hours you’ve worked. The website is terrible too.

This app is extremely user-unfriendly, painfully slow, and its design leaves much to be desired. Companies seem to end up here only because it’s cheap, but the functionality is severely lacking. Overall, it’s a poor app in every sense. Would not recommend.
Paystub
Latest update removed being able to view paystub on the app please bring it back and keep it in for future updates
Having trouble
Hey I was given this app by a friend and I downloaded it but don’t know how to sign up , it’s only asking for log in information not how to sign up to make a profile to look for jobs
