Hard to use the app.
I love the laundry service but the app is not as smooth to use as it used to be. It took about 40 minutes for me to add a new gift card to my account!!!! Why can’t I get back to the home page from the order page easily?! I tapped the “Home” icon and there’s no response! In fact there’s no response on any of the icons at the bottom of the order page. You need to make navigating your website MUCH EASIER!!!

Does this service actually exist?
Created an order and was charged for the hold, but over an hour past their 2-hour pickup window and nobody ever showed. The service doesn’t seem to actually be connected to real service providers and the app is less than stellar. But they sure made certain the part that charges your credit card works!

Clothes came back smelly
I used Push laundry in Philadelphia, PA. While the communication and turnaround times were excellent, my clothes were returned mildewy. I contacted customer support and they arranged for a second pick up and delivery at no additional charge. The second time my clothes were returned the mildewy smell was gone, however, my clothes still did not smell fresh and there was a faint musty smell, almost as if the washer and dryer needed to be cleaned first before washing items in them. Unfortunately, don’t think I will be using them again.

Miranda has been a pleasure to work with. Pick up times and drop off are communicated well. Very polite! The clothes are laundered and folded so nicely. It’s been a game changer since my mom can’t do things for herself these days. I’m grateful.

They charge minimum 30 USD without mentioning. They hide this detail while ordering and you see this number in invoice.

This app has changed my life for the better! So easy to order laundry service and the laundry providers are consistent and polite and always do a great job! The app is super easy to use and Push Laundry has become part of my weekly routine. Highly recommend 🙌🏻
App doesn't work.
This app keeps prompting me to enter both my first and last name, which I already did. It's also prompting me to enter my phone number as 10 digits, which I already did. When I clicked the check availability button, a box popped up to enter my zip code, but it doesn't allow you to type in the box. This service isn't going to get any business with a broken app. Additionally, the website has almost no information, and forces you to download this app that doesn't work. Seems sketchy.
