BS game
I worked at this game for quite a while ( month?) to get the $25 cash out. (There was not a lower option to cash out) Plus there are a lot a lot a lot of ads. Once there I had to play 2 more games for instant cash out or wait 3 to 5 days for the verification. Don’t download the game if you’re looking to make money. It is a BS game. I don’t expect to get any money at all at this point.

Not what they advertise
I redeemed points for a $25 PayPal cash-out but only received $15. I’ve already emailed support and received no response. This app is extremely misleading. Save yourself the time and don’t bother with it. I’ll be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.
Absolutely ridiculous
So I’ve been sending you trying to play they have it up to $25 now and you know the game would be fun and great but half the time trying to get the coins into the box when it’s about to go into the box it falls out or it passes it now even when you get it in the box, it doesn’t count. I’ve signed here for hours and watch this thing literally go 20 minutes throughout the day in the last two these I’ve been playing for hours and watched it literally go maybe $.50-$.60 so for two days worth of time I put in and we’re talking hours it’s $.60 I make more from the game called just play which you earn money than I do from this. It’s ridiculous. It said it’s pathetic that they expect people to sit there for hours while you’re watching these coins go down the drain and you think they keep counting it out, but it doesn’t count at all and literally end up wasting time for nothing for absolutely nothing. It’s ridiculous. Wouldn’t waste my time. I’m not gonna waste my time anymore after I get back at some kind of information from that support. I’m done if they don’t fix this cause this is just a waste of peoples time for $25 please I can get more from the other earned games by playing than I do for this.!

Took me about a month to get to the cash out option finally was able to cash out 25 still haven’t received my $25 on my PayPal. Not going to waste my time anymore playing on a game that doesn’t blame me for my effort. Don’t waste your time people.
False cash out
Got to the $25 redemption and magic ply only sent me 15 via tremendous which is whole other reward program. I contacted them about the issue and told me it was nothing they can do because they go by reward ID be magic play doesn’t give one when you redeem so they can fix it unless magic play sends confirmation email. Free seeing the latest reviews I contacted you guys magic play and still have not received nothing back and it been an hour since I sent the email. So you guys not only robbed me of $10 dollars, you don’t reply to email nor do you provide your email in the game for support when something goes wrong. I had to come to the web Store to find the email in the reviews. With people complaining of the same problem.

When I started the game, it told me I needed to reach at least $25 to cash out. I got to level 10 with 7.50 in my account and the $25 cash out disappeared. It only gives me $50 and $100 cash out what happened?

Five stars just to get read to warn others
I like playing the game however you have to earn points to get to you cash out and the first cash out minimum is $25. I reached it and cashed out well over a month ago and still not been deposited into my PayPal. Don’t try to reach out to me I’ve emailed them numerous times with no response!! I waited to delete it hoping I’d get my cash. I’m still waiting but if you want to just play for fun it is but if you’re expecting real money, it won’t happen. Very disappointed.

I spend 1 month grinding on this app ALL night long many days to get to the 20$ and then waiting for it come through.
