What's New in Push

1.1

September 25, 2026

- Set your own sleep goal. Automatic still works it out from your nights, or choose anything from 5 to 10 hours. It sets your target and sleep debt; your score still compares each night with your own average - Sleep stages now tell you when a night was unusual for you. Deep, REM, Core and Awake each show Usual, Above usual or Below usual against your last 14 nights, with your normal range drawn on the bar - A Tip Jar at the top of You, for anyone who asked how to support Push. Tips unlock nothing: every feature stays free - Cleaner screens with less text throughout - Numbers move smoothly when they change

FAQ

What is Push's daily recovery score?

Push provides a daily recovery score from 0 to 100, indicating how recovered your body is. This score is calculated using your overnight data from your watch, such as heart rate variability and sleep, and is personalized to your own baseline.

How does Push compare my data to others?

Push compares your signals against your own rolling 14-night baseline, not against a population average. This ensures the score is relevant to your individual physiology and history.

Does Push have ads?

No, Push does not contain advertisements. The app is entirely free and has no networking code, ensuring a private and ad-free experience.

What health data does Push use?

Push reads data from the Health app on your iPhone, including overnight heart rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep metrics, breathing rate, and blood oxygen. It does not measure any data itself.

How does Push account for missing data?

If a signal is missing, such as from a watch without a blood oxygen sensor, its weight is shared across the available signals. It is never counted as a zero, ensuring a more accurate overall score.

Can I ask Push questions about my data?

Yes, Push includes an on-device coach that allows you to ask questions about your personal data. All processing and responses occur locally on your device for privacy.

What devices does Push support?

Push is supported on both the Apple Watch and iPhone. You can view your score on your wrist via the Watch app and complication.

How often is Push updated?

Push was last updated on 2026-09-25 with version 1.1. The developer, Suvysoft, released the app on 2026-09-24.
