Update: their (push to kindle) customer service got back to me and canceled my subscription. They need to change their billing company away from gumroad.

This is a great concept and I downloaded it after hearing about it on Chris Williams modern wisdom podcast. The app doesn’t work well and I would not have paid for it in hindsight. BUT, the bigger issue is that it is impossible to cancel the reoccurring charge. They bill through a third party, GUMROAD, which is a total scam. There is no contact info, and the number I finally found through AMEX goes to a recorded voice message that lists a misspelled email contact that bounces back.

What have you done?
I’ve been a paid subscriber for years and I can’t believe how you ruined the whole app. It doesn’t work anymore like it used to, I’m so disappointed.
