PushGate: Push-ups

PushGate blocks the apps that pull you in. They unlock only after you do push-ups. The camera counts reps on the iPhone. No account, no wearable — video and motion never leave the device. Analytics only with your consent, revocable any time. How it works • You pick which apps sit behind the lock • For the count, place the phone on its side so the camera sees you in profile • Full depth and lockout count; partial reps do not • After the goal, a timed unlock window • Streak and stats stay on the device PushGate uses Apple Screen Time (Family Controls) to shield the apps you chose. It is a lock for you, not parental controls for someone else. Subscription Full access requires a subscription: weekly, or yearly with a 7-day free trial. Payment via Apple.
