Nothing exciting

This is a decent enough game and easy to play for free . It used to be much more interesting and even educational but it’s been changed and now it’s just a typical game. Enjoyable though.

Remember BATO: TREASURES OF TIBET?

This is a great fun game but like so many others.. your graphics and animations are top notch and better than so many others.. any chance you could bring back some of the classic games that made you a household name? The original ones like Bato? That game was like no other and is not in the App Store anymore.. can you bring it back?!?!! I miss that game sooo much and it has such historical significance…. It was really special and I’ve never finished it..

Unable to play the game.

For the past week or so I have been unable to play the game because after it loads, I just get a dark screen (I can see the game in the background) but I can’t click on anything and it won’t allow me to play the game. Sad that it has been like this for a week and not fixed.

Best game

Had a glitch but they fixed it right away . I can play for hours . They do give extra free lives generously ! ( much much much better than the castle king games ) .

Stuck at level 201

I’ve spent money on getting coins but somehow I’m stuck at same level ! The response from site was a generic bogus one !
Looks like they don’t have more levels but they still encourage you to BUY more lives !
Ridiculous !

I just have a few questions how many cities are there have there been any updates I have missed when you play the daily challenges and you come in first place does it give you the rewards automatically or do you have to wait for the time to run out and then click on something I really enjoy the game thanks magic gems part 2 more questions a while ago when I first started playing I had 24 cities I made it halfway through the fifth city for about a week or so the Home Screen froze halfway through loading wouldn’t load all the way so I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and had to start over now I have 19 cities on my map now I just started my 6th city but in my passport I have 24 cities I don’t want to uninstall and reinstall I don’t want to start over or lose everything I’ve collected a good amount of coins and boosters should I wait until the next update and hope the update fixes it self it’s taking me longer to complete each city the levels are getting harder love a good challenge thanks again magic gems after I login using the settings page how do I send a ticket I’ve never really thought about saving my progress I didn’t think it mattered or does it I’m still getting used to my I pad I just know the basics thanks again magic gems question I did the update the game works fine I still have 19 cities instead of 24 cities I’m just going to keep playing and hopefully more levels will open up when I get to higher cities thanks for all your help magic gems do you have any more games simulator to this one thanks again magic gems question the dance off does it restart after another event ends it saids finished I click on it and it goes away and other times I click on it when it saids open and it goes away and then it will come back saying open or finished I like playing it it helps build my boosters back up at times it’s been doing that for about 2 days thanks magic gems hi just wondering when there would be another update I’m just playing the balloon challenge and the dance challenge when they come up at the same time I’m just trying to make the game last a little longer thanks magic gems hi have a few questions I’ve completed everything in the travel journal and when I click on badges it saids 1 of 5 done are you supposed to stay stuck in the vip lounge I’ve been stuck in the vip lounge since the update even the different challenges end and different challenges begin I’m still stuck in the vip lounge and after the trophy challenge ends in the VIP lounge the levels start back ai1 instead of going up like they used to before the update I like the fireworks and lottery machine it’s cool I think it’s cool about used the stars you collect I miss collecting the postcards in my passport and seeing all different buildings being built as you came to them I wish there was a way to play the game the way it was before the update I really don’t care for the vip lounge I like different sceens you can do in the travel journal I’m going to continue to play I really enjoy the game thanks magic gems question I’m not there yet after you complete everything in your travel journal can you still play levels and build up your stars and coins or do you have to wait for the next update thanks magic gems

After you download it, you will see the VIP Lounge until that round ends, and then you will be guided back to the main game to complete the newest City Scenes! Messed up

Ever since the most recent update, I’ve been unable to access the app. I click on the app and it goes thru its cycle then it just freezes. I’ve started and restarted a dozen times and nothing happens. My only option left is to delete the game and reinstall. My problem with this final option, is losing all my coins and boosters.

I am in the VIP lounge in the airport and have played a few levels. Now the game will not load fully. Its there in the background but just keeps highlighting stars. Great game i want to kee playing

Puzzles and passports game freezes cannot open.

Why it is all of a sudden the games freezes? It got updated to some special lounge and all of a sudden I can’t even go into the games. It is black out. Very disappointed. Please look into it. Anyway,I just deleted the game. Will definitely not recommend to anybody.
