Don’t bother
I’ve never written an app review. This app is down all the time, and when it works, it doesn’t do much. If you’re expecting this banking app to be like any of your others, you’re going to be disappointed. Seriously considering moving my money elsewhere.

Terrible app
This app is awful. It is constantly down. It has caused so many inconveniences. I’ve banked with Poca valley bank for over 10 years and I’m about to switch to a bank with a more dependable app because this one is so bad. Customer service is only available if the bank is open as well. Generally when I have reached them, the same issue always exists. They say oh yeah the system is down. I wouldn’t recommend this app and I wouldn’t recommend this bank if you plan on depending on mobile banking with the app frequently.

PVB mobile app
So easy and convenient to check balances and transfer funds. I just transferred money from savings to checking from a tree stand. GS
Old one better!
Would like to have balance, after transaction. Bill pay I miss being able to see what and when I paid last month. Plus I wish it was in color more, depressing.
What happened
I have had to reset my password 3 times in a week for some reason. This app is awful.
Could be better
I would like bill pay to be more specific. Showing a history of when and the amount you paid to payee.
I miss the old app!!!!!
This app is a BIG step backwards. The only plus is that you can now log in with your fingerprint.
Really?
This new app is a huge step backwards from the one it replaced. It doesn’t even display a running balance only a current balance is available. If the intention was to create an app that makes additional work for the customer then you hit the mark. Might as well go back to paper registers and call that the new “app” because this app is barely a step up from that. One star rating was lowest available or I would mark it lower, negative if that were possible.
