Like mentioned in the FAQs on our website, our apps use the system volume of your iOS device. It that's turned down or you have the ringer on mute there will be no audio...
No audio
The video content is the heart of this app, sadly on my 3rd gen ipad it is like watching a silent movie. Glad I installed the sample apps before purchasing the full version.
