What are the Wi-Fi requirements for Pybytes?
Pybytes requires a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as Pycom devices cannot connect to 5GHz networks. Ensure your Wi-Fi is turned off completely on your iPhone if using iOS 12.
What firmware version do my Pycom devices need for Pybytes?
Your Pycom devices must be powered on and running firmware version 1.20.1 or newer to be provisioned with Pybytes.
Can I provision the same Pycom device to multiple Pybytes accounts?
No, you cannot provision the same devices on different Pybytes accounts unless you erase them completely and flash the latest firmware again using the FW updater tool.
