Photo and Video Uploads Only

I can’t upload files from my iPad unless it’s a photo or video which is just sad. Every other app I’ve used like this: google drive, Dropbox, etc all allow you to upload any file type straight from my iPad. Placing that kind of limitation on upload types is ridiculous.

Still Can’t Read txt Files

I really want to like this app but after three updates it still can’t read a simple text file. Does great with PDF and DOC files, and even HTML. But not simple text :(

No Log out button, no response from support

Had the app on my iPad and loaded fine. Problem was when I went to log out of the app, found there was no way to log out and appears app was running in background constantly. Sent email to support to verify I wasn’t somehow missing the log out button but they have been silent.

Not happy with App or support

I was using a previous app that worked perfectly fine until the iOS 11 update. I’ve since had to download this app. I’m about 15 times I’ve tried to use the app on both my iPhone and iPad I’ve only been able to successfully log into my server once.

I’ve contacted support and get very short replies to my emails with no help at all. I’m highly disappointed and asking my organization to consider hosting out data elsewhere.

Was great. Crap update.

It is the lite version, so expectation was low. It gave me file access - which was enough.

Another update. All saved info gone, and it won't log on. Halfway through a big project, and I can no longer monitor progress.

Why? Why do updates that don't help?
