Very disapponting delivery service. Almost every order takes more than an hour to arrive, even when the estimated time much is much shorter.Long delays make the over all experiance frusrtating. Please improve your delivery efficency.

Non responsive customer care
The app was just ok, though there are more bugs. However what’s more disappointing is that they don’t have any resolution desk for the complaints raised, no option for complaint tickets etc.
after your order through Pykin app they just ignore you regardless if it is from partner restaurant or from own cloud kitchen(atleast they must take care of this). So ordering from app is fine but any problem arise don’t expect them to respond

We ordered food 2 hours before still we didnt recieved the delivery , when we call the delivery guy he ll tell he is nearby your home and you wont get the delivery
