On the cusp of being awesome
Love the idea. Simply glitchy on my iPhone & Tablet. The puzzle game specifically struggled to work. Having completed the tasks it would crash and not allow me to download my pdf (logged out etc & still not working). All issues resolvable and then will be a potent experience

Job interview with AI? This is completely inhuman. What a silly job the HR team a doing in this company, instead of interviewing properly the qualified candidates they choose to use an IA tool in order to recruit. You can do better.

Seems like a scam app collecting valuable personal information which compromise the device security. I was led to download to do assessments through this application when i applied for a job through linkedin. Manipulated scripts being used to download and use the app for collecting the critical personal or financial data. Careful Fellas!!!

Useless and boring tests
It’s sad just to think many people can’t get a job just by not having the patience to do this stupid kind of test. I’m doing one here (kinda of opitional offered as a mentoring program) but if it was supposed to be taken as a hiring process I’d get out of the opportunity myself. It’s useless and a complete waste of time.

Poor customer service
I was facing issue with the app and raised the issue with pymetric customer care . Already sent aroun 5-7 emails but no resolution. Poor customer service
Easily the stupidest app in existence
A majority of these games don’t make any sense, or don’t work on mobile. The faces game for the example is the EXACT same face
Don’t waste your time
If I could give 0 starts i would. I went through all those games for an at home job for synchrony and tapped my screen who knows how many times just to get told I’m not a good fit and try again in a year. This is the most dumbest thing to see if someone qualifies for a job.
New update
New update about a week ago and now my app won’t even open so I can’t complete the tests required for my two newest applications to be submitted. Setting me up for failure.

One of the eorst app i’ve used so far in my life. Sad to see one of the top company of BANGLADESH named BAT uses this app. Filthy app.

I have been given an assignment by EY to complete on these app, so that I can clear further round of interview. But this app doesn’t work and even after contacting their support staff they just waste the time. I have 10 days to complete the task. I have tried through phone and windows laptop but it doesn’t work anywhere.
