Nice reward system
I got 470 points on my first order, I like it when reward systems are actually good and not like you need a million points to get anything. The temporary 3 digit code also makes it easy to get your points.

Bad, incomplete app
Tried to order to go and I added one pizza, then I built my pizza 4 different times and every time I tried to add it to my cart, the whole thing disappeared and I had to start all over. Never could get hit to work so I had to just stand in line to order. Not all of he options available I’m store are available in the menu either. Kids pizza does not have the option for bbq as sauce. Build your own entree pizza does not give green onions as a finisher option.

Can’t complete any orders
Tried multiple times to order in the app. It would just spin for several minutes and then say it was an error in completing the order. Never was able to get it to work. Terrible app!
Doesn’t work well
Always logs you out and then won’t let you log in when you need t try and use it.
Yummy
I love pyros pizza! I drove 30 miles to pickup- the app made easy ordering. I wish there would have been a way to say - extra cheese or a few onions. I’ve never tried spinach on my pizza - I would have if I could have done 1/2.
Not that good
I have noticed that it does not tell you how many calories each item has/estimation. I believe everything has to have that info.
Do not cancel an order if you want to keep ya money
Had to switch an order from carry out to curbside. Cancelled the order immediately and redid it, charged the card twice. Hassle to dispute the charge, and it shouldn’t be on us.
Can’t earn rewards with online orders
You are able to order your food, which is the bare minimum a pizza app should allow you to do. You are not able to order through app and receive reward points nor does the staff know how to get the points added after. You are able to see your previous orders that you didn’t earn points on.Oh well…

Been trying to get logged in since I realized there was an app. Useless at the moment!
Won’t let me in
I’ve had a card forever. Just uploaded the app… it won’t let me log in. Errors me out when I hit “forgot password.”
I guess I’ll print out the email that says I have a birthday pizza because I can’t get to my account through the app. 😢

What it says on the tin
Its a bit slow to enter an order because clicking each topping box slows down a bit. It is also confusing to order a drink. There are a number of options but apparently they are all irrelevant because (at least at my store) you fill your own cup. Regardless, the app does what it says on the tin. Order food without standing in line. I have not had issues logging in, but it sounds like that is an issue for those who already had a card and needs to be addressed.

App doesn’t work
This app is a joke. You can’t even login. I’ve spoke to management at Pyros and they just state “well it works for me” yea great help. When you attempt to create account it will tell you there is already an account tied to your phone number. Then when you try to log in using your phone number it asks for a password which was obviously never created when pyros was doing rewards before at the computer in store. You hit forgot password and it errors out. I would give 0 stars if I could.
