Ai
This program is amazing. I love being able to inspect my .py on the go! This plus Ai is a huge win.
Worthless
Useless on the iPad, both due to iOS security restrictions and do to incredibly poor, missing, or non-existent Pythonista documentation on how to actually develop anything on the iPad. Do not purchase if you want to do any real development work on the iPad (beyond 10-line programs).
Great app
I am loving using this app.
Add AI integration
This tool could greatly benefit if it had a built-in coding agent.
Excellent!
An incredibly helpful tool. I use it to practice small snippets of code when Iâm laying on the couch or out somewhere. Itâs great for reinforcing your learning when youâre away from the computer.
Also, the little snake in the app screenshots makes me happy.

Exactly what I needed
I canât get shortcuts or widgets to show up at all, but besides that the IDE is everything you could ask for and more. Best money Iâve spent on here yet.
What happened to pip?
Tying to load gTTY text to speech library, no way to do it.
I found a bug in your code
Itâs <div> when you run html cuz it makes the page unrunable, i dont know if it happened to other people or not tho but can you fix it pls
This is very well done
I have to say this is so strong that getting through things as I start writing on iOS has been easier than I thought. There are many scripts I can immediately import and run. Graphics need a little help but still quite amazing.
Novice User Of Pythonista On iPad
Excellent for learning rudimentary Python. But, bit of a semi-steep learning curve for this newbie to learn most of basic features in Pythonistaâs IDE, keyboard, and GUI. Otherwise, terrific.
Great but crashes lately
Have been using for years. Over the last month or so it crashes when reactivating. Maybe it needs an update.
Donât buy it
It said this app would work on my iPad Air 12.5.8 but after I purchased and downloaded it didnât work at all. This app developer last update was two years ago!
good
should the developer update this app to the newest python version?

The best Python IDE ever made.
Not much more to say about it.
Frequent crashing
In iOS 26 every other time I open the app it will crash.
Good but needs bug fixes
Took me only 4 days of learning to code to find a bug. Print(fâââmulti-line textâââ) color formatting bug. If I can find one this quickly, Iâm sure there are plenty of other bugs, and updating to 3.14 wouldnât be terrible either.
no way to use Ed25519
i guess it's ok for a lot of things but connecting to remote machines with paramiko is not one of them unless you want to use rsa. why use pythonista instead of a terminal app? to wrap the script in a shortcut...
GREATEST PROGRAMMING APP! EVER!!!!
âNext-Level Arcade Gaming! đźđâWARP PROTOCOL is unlike any mobile game Iâve played before. Built using the Atlas Nexus engine, this game pushes Pythonista 3 to its absolute limits. With a gravity-defying tap-to-survive mechanic, stunning visuals across Neon, Void, and Golden Bull sectors, and an OST that perfectly syncs with the action, itâs truly immersive.
The challenge ramps up as gravity inverts, and collectible shards like đŠ SHIELD and đȘ HEALTH keep you in the fight. Think you can survive long enough to unlock BULL MODE? đđ„
