Okay so first of the long time in which you guys to for maintenance for a call for concern and now update is done only for my to try to top up and they are asking for card details to top up and actually I don’t have one and you all just bring back the momo option (mobile money) please I love the app but it’s useless to me if I can’t add money on to it thank you

Complete scam

These people are horrible. First they freeze their cards for months on end. Mastercard kicks them off so they go to Visa. Then Visa kicks them off and your balance is frozen with no clear answer from customer support. Turns out they weren’t processing refunds, they were pocketing them. What a bunch of scammers.

After 6 months with a frozen balance and no working cards they finally started working again but their fees are exorbitant. I drained my wallet and never looked back.

Not working

Sorry guys! This was a pretty amazing app but since the second halve of 2024 it stopped working. Then I reinstalled it this month and seemed to be ok but I realised there is no top up option! And the virtual card vanished! I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but nothing changed. I closed my account and got your messages of closure, when I tried to restart the process creating an account, pyypl says service not available in my area!

I enjoyed so much using pyypl so please fix it.

Captcha error

It was a very good and useful app until the last update right now they require me a captcha verification but when ever m on the panel its all white so it prohibits me from doing thus making the app inaccessible please fix this problem as soon as possible.

Very useless!

The only reason I put a star on was to be able to air this and plus they don’t got no option for a negative star. This is the most useless credit card app ever ! Horrible and unresponsive customer service, cards has been on repairs for ever why I can’t even withdraw my current balance . I will seriously recommend NO ONE to this nonsense of an app.

My recommendation, get this outrageous service off the AppStore !!💔😡😡

Do not use this

This is the worst thing to happen since Covid. After you top up your account, they will block your card because “they are fixing issues“. I wish I could give them negative star.

The card having issue

When I started to use the app it was good until it starts to say service temporarily unavailable this issue was lasting for a month up to 2 months then it was working for few months finally it freezes with same reason and it’s been 4 months we are not able to move our funds. I have reported the issue to the customer service they told me it would be fixed soon but it is not resolved yet ..at this point I’m starting to worry …., so Pyypl it’s better to fix it as soon as possible..!

Beware: Pyypl Feels Like a Scam - Four Months with No Access to My Money

I’m incredibly disappointed with this app. For four entire months, I haven’t been able to access my own money, and despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I’ve been left with no answers and no resolution. It’s frustrating to trust a platform with my finances only to be completely cut off from my funds with no explanation.

I would advise anyone considering this app to think twice — no one should have to go through this ordeal just to access their own money.
