This app is a joke. It is logging me out non stop, besides other issues. Waste of time for techs.
Crappy
A simple update would remedy a lot of the bug fixes almost didn’t get paid because of the ridiculous amount of bugs this system has. I’m sure this review won’t do a justice because they clearly don’t care about the system they run or it would preform better.

The app is not designed to be used by techs.
Trying to navigate this in the field is totally impossible. The graphics and design looks like it was designed by a teenager with minimal effort. There are so many steps just to accomplish simple tasks.
