Not user friendly.
Background color and fount color is not good. It’s very hard to read wat is written. No typing suggestion. Drop-down values are not sorted. Not all area or not all option covered. Not recommended. I would like to minus points.
Useless app
I guess doctor dont use the app for any other purposes other than taking appointments. Even after booking doctor is not available on visit and no update on app

I liked the idea of helping patients not to wait. You can consider adding more features. Overall it was good experience.

Colour of list items needs to change.
All lists (doctor list, city list) is shown in dark blue font against black background. Very difficult to read. Please change the colour combination to make it easily readable.
Cannot book for patient
Since the first install bug of selecting patient name to book appointment is not resolved
Quite buggy
Everything is fine till you get to the point where you have to choose the ‘family member.’ The names don’t only show up! Very annoying as you are unable to book an appointment!! Had raised this issue over a month back to the service team but sad too see that there has been zero improvement.

Many options are missing. There is no way to view bookings history. I have subscribed for Prime but no option to book next day appointment.

Absolutely pathetic app. Zero guidelines about how to use. No support . It claims 24/7 support but it isn’t. Hopeless
Why a fixed time(eg 7am) to book an appointment
The app makes me wake up at 7 am sharp to book an appointment that is of 2 days later?! Never really got this concept.
And even if I wake up at 7, if there’s a little bit delay to book an appointment for Dr patki, Slots get full quickly.
Why can’t I book an appointment that is 3 days later and at any time of the day?!?!
Pls solve this and change settings so that I can book an appointment during anytime of the day

App not working
Each time it will show ‘contact support team ‘ or ‘no Internet ‘ error message.
Not working on iOS
The app has stopped working since the iOS system update. It’s been weeks. The app opens with the logo and then simply shuts down.
No update for the app is available. So if you’re using the latest iOS then the app won’t work on your phone.
