I'm 72 and a skilled Scrabble lifer. When I played a word that included a tile in a word already played, a message appeared saying "Connect with a tile on the board" and that's what I'm doing. After a few tries, I give up.

Creators Need A Dictionary
Today was the last straw. There have been several times in the past when this game would not let me use a word that is in the dictionary. Today however put my patience over its limit. “Fetal” and “Lean” are both in Webster’s. I would suggest the creators of this game read a dictionary! I’ll find a different crossword-type game.

Not enough instructions !! Made 2 words used up all the tiles. What happens next ? How do you get more tiles ? Plus where’s the music that’s supposed to be there ?
Double Letters
Used to love this game, but recently it’s changed. Most selections of given letters are full of double letters. Sample of initial given letters of last game: TTRRIIL. I deleted the previous game as the initial given letters included EEOOTTU. I like a challenge, this now makes the game frustrating, not fun.

I’m 74 & enjoy doing this crossword for my cognitive health.
Altho, it is very frustrating when after a suggestion appears for me to go to other games & I don’t, this one quadruples the vowels & makes it more difficult to develop words.
Also, I’ve been playing for a few years now, but recently I’m unable to check my scores.
Those are the reasons I gave it a 4 rather than a 5. Thank you

Great game but dictionary is inconsistent
I love word games, and I love this developer. However, I’ve noticed that this game doesn’t use a scrabble dictionary for it’s words, and I can’t determine which dictionary it is using. That can be frustrating when words that should work don’t, like “zen” or words that shouldn’t work like “nyc” do, or work one round but not the next. I’m still enjoying it a ton though!

This game is a fun and free alternative to Scrabble, but it allows too many nonsense words that aren’t in any dictionaries.
