It helps your team manage its presence, publish updates, communicate with the community, and keep important information up to date—all from one place. Manage your organization’s presence: Update your organization or page profile, public information, contact details, locations, and other available settings. Switch between the profiles and pages you are authorized to manage using one Qannects account. Publish and manage content: Create and manage text, photo, and video posts on behalf of your masjid, organization, initiative, creator channel, or community page. Share announcements, reminders, community updates, educational content, and other important information with your followers. Keep masjid information up to date: Participating masjids can manage available prayer and iqamah information, announcements, Ramadan and Eid details, Janazah notices, events, and other public updates. Help your community stay informed with accurate and timely information. Manage events and community activities: Create and update events, volunteer opportunities, community programs, campaigns, and appeals. Share important details, provide updates, and help community members discover ways to participate and contribute. Communicate with your community: View and respond to messages sent to the profiles and organizations you manage. Share supported attachments and help community members receive information, guidance, and assistance where available. Manage videos and broadcasts: Publish and organize video content for Qannects Watch. Where enabled, authorized administrators can also manage available live broadcasts and creator or organization channels. Work with your team: Allow authorized team members to help manage your organization’s presence according to their assigned roles and permissions. Access to administrative features may vary based on each person’s authorization level. Review activity and engagement: View available activity related to your posts, pages, events, campaigns, and community updates.
