Company no longer exists
After getting a new phone, cuff stopped working. Found out company is no longer in business and app is no longer supported and unable to sign in.
App has been shut down permanently
Company went bankrupt and none of the services are online anymore. it is impossible to login and create an account. If you're looking for an alternative try the "Health Diary by MedM" app, it is able to connect with the Quardio Blood Pressure monitor just fine. Uses the same logic board I guess.
Are they still in business?
Every time I try to sign in, I get a message telling me to check my connection. Nothing wrong with my connection, must be on the other end.

Doesn’t work after i changed phones. Useless - try another brand. Don’t waste any money on their hardware.
Features don't work
It records BP fine. But now I can't delete any lines of data, automatic picture scrolling won't stop showing pictures from a specific album I want u less I change the album name.

Bankrupt and no Support!
I was trying to send my BP history to my Dr which they luv! However, it wasn’t working so I logged it and could not log back in or reset my PW. After researching online, I learned they went bankrupt and as of now, I can no longer access all BP data and there is no post bankruptcy support. If anyone knows how I can extract my BP history that would be great!

Dead Company
Absolutely outstanding design hardware. It's a shame that the company is completely out of business and their domain name is even expired. Totally screws anybody that purchased their equipment. App still runs on an old phone for the moment. But can't even use the equipment off-line on a new phone.

App doesn’t work correctly. Has a bad reading delete button. Doesn’t work.

Company out of business
Used to be great but the company is now out of business. If you get signed out of the app, you can’t sign back in and all your data is lost.
Bankrupt
Apparently Qardio is bankrupt and authentication servers are gone. Upgraded phone and can’t login. Now my blood pressure cuff and scale are completely worthless.

Apple Health should connect directly to QARDIO devices without relying on abandoned QARDIO APP.
Why hasn’t APPLE provided a HEALTH app fix for the QARDIO devices that have been abandoned by the distributor they promoted?
Stop working
I was happy to use Qardio monitor the weight until recently. It keeps asking to link to internet which never happened in the past.
No customer support available
For some months now I have tried to contact Qardio support by email and social media. The email does not work and they don’t respond on their social media channels. Are they even still in business?
Qardio Bankrupt - 3rd party app
Qardio went bankrupt and shutdown its servers in APR 2025.
As long as you do not sign out of the app you can use it. Export your data or you
may lose it when iOS updates again.
A third party developer is working on an app to allow offline use of CardioArm. It is in beta and works. Integrates with Apple Health. App should be out of beta by the end of DEC 2025.

App won’t work
Since I purchased my iPhone 16 Pro Max, it won’t let me log in. It keeps telling me to check my internet connection. It is fine.
App isn’t working
Can’t login due to site being down. Quadriplegic site shows the domain expired. If this going to be fixed or is the service going away?
Qardio Bankrupted
Qardio no longer exists as a company. The supporting database has shut down. The only Qardio devices that can work with some limited functionality are the Scale and Thermometer. The Bluetooth function no longer works. Any tracking must be performed manually. All customer support ceases to exist. DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION and Especially do not buy their products.
