Unreliable App That Needs Serious Updates

This app really needs a major update. I can’t even log in properly, and registering for a travel card is a frustrating experience. Most of the time, the process fails or doesn’t go through at all. For an app that’s supposed to make commuting easier, it does the opposite. Very unreliable and inconvenient to use.

The application freezes at any moment, does not accept the password and remains in waiting. Then, it prevents you from logging in by giving an error saying that you entered too many wrong passwords. What a shame.

Unusable

The app can never establish connection, pages appear to load but have no information on them. Seems like the app has been forgotten by its admin.

Worst App

This app should not be live when compared to the standards of Qatar. Whoever made this app is a disaster. Tried to login with my user id and password but not working, tried resetting password and when enter new password it’s showing invalid credentials, when clicking help & contact, it’s not opening. The loading time of app is extreme. So many pop ups - Showing application initializing failed, Reference error etc.
Please rebuild the app with new technologies.
Ps: I cannot travel now as I want to purchase new card and do top up with my phone, only then I can take the feeder.

Cannot login

I tried a lot of attempts to login on app always invalid, even changed passwords. Now i tried on site itself and i can login to add my card number. I tried again the password i used on the site to the app still saying invalid. Kindly fix this issue on the app itself or better update it!

Still Physical Pepper Metro Card in 2024?

"After 2024, why do they still provide only paper cards? It is possible to make the Metro card a digital card with NFC support, reducing paper waste. Additionally, a feature can be implemented to add the digital NFC card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for convenient phone usage."

Excellent metro let down by awful app

The Doha Metro is wonderful. Clean, reliable and great value for money. Therefore hard to understand how the people responsible for that service and create such an awful app. It is impossible to open the app (to even look at the network map) without a network connection. Never used an app with such an awful design. When on Wifi the app is okay, and is useful for seeing your list of journeys if you register your travel card.

Zero stars! Awful app unusable please fix

Unable to log in with the correct password, then when clicking forgot password & making a new one it also won’t log in, until after a few attempts it locked my account due to several “incorrect attempts”. Can’t even click on “contact us” to write a complaint.
