Lost search feature
Older version allowed me to search through my payee list when transferring money. This function vanished from this version, and now I have to scroll through the full list. So annoying 😖

Nice improvement lately. The transaction search is better now, and I like that credit and debit are separated, even if it's an extra step. Would be nice to have that split in the main view too. Buttons and icons feel more interactive, which is cool. Hope the payee search comes back – really miss that. Good job overall!

Lost search payee function
The update looks fresh and has maintained its user friendly appeal on the most part however, with the new update you can no longer search your existing payees when making a transfer, and instead have to scroll and find them in the list - this is a time waster, frustrating and a step backwards!
In a future update, it would also be helpful to see your transfer notes (between own accounts) on the debits as well as your credits. (This saves going between different accounts to track what your transfers were for).

Great App Update
I appreciate QBANK keeping up with the latest tech and security for their members. This upgrade has been a great improvement for me.
Rewind
Is it possible to reverse the update back to the previous version of the app? The new one is functional, sure, but I don’t think it is as user friendly. You have to hunt for basic information that should be at the fore when you enter the app. I will be deleting this and going back to using the website.

Terrible 12 Aug update
New update renders the app completely useless. Hit immediately aight the “connection error” with no ability to utilise a workaround to avoid it.
A step backwards
The previous versions allowed you to easily separate debits and credits; this update doesn’t.
Also doesn’t display well on iOS. Switch back to the previous version please.

Not user friendly. Old app was much better.

No option to download account statement.
Rubbish
This ‘update’ is rubbish. It takes ages to login in and the new loom makes no discernible improvements. Start again.

Poor Design
Unfortunately the “upgrade” to a “new app” has a very poor first impression….and design….login in to the app and the first thing you see in a BANKING APP is NOT your bank account information, it’s the Logout button. You need to do TWO further clicks just to get to basic banking data. If I’m going to bother with an APP with security parameters lower than the website….the least you can do is actually not waste my time and display my account balances!
