Doesn’t work properly anymore
Wont use qcy products ever again. They used to be good then all of a sudden their software stop working properly. It’s customer harrasment
Ldac not showing
The app works well, but the iOS version is missing LDAC support/settings. I use the QCY MeloBuds M20 Pro, and the Android app correctly shows the LDAC option, but the iOS app doesn't show it at all. Please add the same LDAC functionality to the iOS app so both platforms have feature parity.

나름 쓸만 하고 연결 안 되는 경우도 없었는데 잘 활용하면 괜찮은 앱이라고 생각함.

The QCY app is useful but needs improvement. It often feels slow and has some connection issues. The UI also looks outdated.
Please release more updates, fix bugs, and most importantly, add more modern and customizable watch faces. This will greatly improve the user experience.

Too much bugs!! There is less similarities between app setting feature & earbuds. It's very annoying for day to day use

Trash app
You should change the name of this app to Trash or something more worst. In my hole life I didn’t see this much bug in a single app

Bad experience with this app
This app is very bad, login, register way is very hard and west time
Can’t log in
My iPhone remembers my login info, but that app says my account doesn’t exist. Fortunately the headphones work fine without the useless app.

Hi unfortunately in the new update, noise canceling and transparency don’t work for only one earbud must be paired
