QDay is dedicated to better understanding you and your health.

 To get started:
  1. Log in using the unique username and password provided to you.

 2. Enter your surgical date and set a time for your daily reminder. 3. At any time, or when prompted by your daily alert, select the appropriate survey and complete by simply tapping on the most appropriate answer choices. 4. Once completed, the data from your survey responses will automatically be sent to our team, as well as displayed in the app for personal tracking.
