PASSIVE SCAM
The only app, in my experience, that does not seem to allow one to subscribe from the UK, despite many attempts and trying many workarounds - and even after taking my bank card details! I wasn't charged, thankfully (SEE UPDATE BELOW) but if I ever am, then at least I can acquire a prompt refund from my bank. I was really looking forward to downloading some concerts and documentaries but this has proved impossible with Qello. It's a tech nightmare that I've never experienced before with any other website or app - even foreign-based ones like Qello. The lesson here is: check the reviews and do a bit of research on websites and apps before committing to any subscription - or even downloading the app in the first place.
NB: UPDATE: Despite cancelling my subscription during the trial period because of insurmountable tech issues, and sending multiple emails in plenty of time, I was still charged £89.99 and had to pursue a full refund through my bank. The company is cashing in on its third-party use of the Apple TV app, which lulls unsuspecting customers into thinking that this is ALSO a trusted, technically competent and reliable company, and has somehow been customer service-vetted by Apple. They do not even have the courtesy to reply to numerous emails but, instead, palm the complainant off with mindless templates and AI-generated content, including subscription cancellation links and portals that do not even work - sending the hapless user around in brain-aching circles. I'll stick to my large collection of HD concert DVDs - refreshingly simple - and without being passively scammed.

Does not work on my iPhone
The Qello app does not work on my iPhone 13. It asks me if I want a 7day free trial even though I already have a subscription and if I select “restore purchase “ it does not play any content. Help Please!

Awesome!
Best concert app! Love all the choices I have!

Enjoying Qello
Qello is really great find, plugging a gap in the market rather well. A good range of styles, eras & genres on offer here. And reasonable value. The only drawback is the some concerts don’t seem to have a “track selection” option or “track listing”, but as far as I understand it, this is an unavoidable consequence of media formatting from some content providers???
