Why can’t you do any better?
This app has no redeeming qualities. My job is worse because of this app’s poor functionality.
Can’t get any worse
Constant errors, loses data, glitches out.
Keeps freezing
Qest Lab & Filed are super super slow and keep freezing. Total waste of time and money to clients. SpectraQest needs to get a web-base platform.
No Auto Save?
Desperately needs an auto save feature that will save your data input every minute or so

Wish I could give this 0 stars, app is buggy slow and it crashes so all your reports are erased and have to start over. Don’t waste your time with this garbage app.
Inefficient
Takes forever to load when entering in data, sometimes glitches out and deletes data while you are in the process of entering it. Gives me an error message constantly that is fixed if you refresh the page but recently got a longer error message where work orders would be and nothing has worked to make it go away.

Buggy
When on a form specifically the Densties, form takes way wo long to load. When inputting densties, the form seems to blink out and when it is up again, all values imputed are erased and you have to re enter data. This also happens when puting field batch data for concrete. When you press the calculate button it takes several minutes to calculate to just get the Dry Densties. If you want to get the compaction you have to press calculate again. Then you wait again. Yes you can just press add another button but that brings another issuse. One your done and press add another page, again, it takes to long to load. Waiting for data to load to the page just takes to long. I’ve started to enter this in real time, To save time once all the Densties are completed. But now the loading time is just making this app not helpful and the re entering data I’ve already typed on my phone (a pain in itself to input on) once already. When it blinks and gets erased . Well it’s just not time efficient. I’m not sure if loading is an issue that can be fixed. But that blinking, has got to be fixed.

Doesn’t work
Just keeps stating endpoint unavailable when entering in the server field. Tried to find a way to get app support but that didn’t work either.....

Sorry to hear you're having issues. In order to use this app your organization needs to have a commercial agreement with Spectra QEST and be hosting a Web API endpoint for the app to connect to. After connecting to the appropriate endpoint you will be able to log in with your QEST Platform credentials. If you do work for an organization that is hosting an appropriate endpoint but cannot connect to that please contact your internal support or feel free to log a ticket on our support portal.
