App does nothing
Go to login and it loads then does nothing! Keeps me in the login page if anyone has any tips let us know! We are very frustrated with the app.

Works great when it works needs update to app
Don’t get this app
In the beginning the app worked then all of a sudden it stopped working then I did the update and it worked for one day then stopped working again and now it doesn’t even update or start

I loved the app when it worked but now it doesn’t work and I removed it and reinstalled the app and it still doesn’t work please update
Almost No documentation
I have figured out much of the app by trial and error. Terminology, abbreviations, setup is POORLY or not at all covered in a user guide published over a year ago. The links on the login page for “Contact us”. “FAQ”, and “about us” fail. One would like to think a sophisticated app would have some way of contacting customer service?

Good when it’s working
When the app is working it’s great. However, the times it’s not working are just frustrating. More often than not my app doesn’t work and doesn’t show me anything. Is there a way to fix this issue?
Didn’t work
Disappointingly, the app would not recognise either scanned barcode, or typed serial number of system.
Could not get to work, and deleted app after 20mins of trying.
