About

Qi Clock is a daily wellness tracker built on the Traditional Chinese Medicine organ clock. You record how your body actually feels, and the app turns that into a practical routine for the day — then keeps a record so you can see what changes. HOW IT WORKS 1. Check in. Six quick questions about your energy, temperature, digestion, sleep, mood, and how your body feels physically. Plain descriptions, not star ratings. 2. Get your pattern. Your answers are read as one of eight classical TCM patterns — Low Qi, Inner Cold, Dry Heat, Stuck Qi, Damp & Heavy, Damp Heat, Stagnant Blood, or Even Keel. Each comes with a balance score and clear guidance on what to lean into and what to ease off today. 3. Practice and eat accordingly. Your pattern selects from 365 guided movement practices and 365 food-therapy recipes, so what you're offered today reflects today. 4. Track it. Every check-in and every practice session is logged, so your balance trend, streaks, and recurring patterns become visible over weeks. THE ORGAN CLOCK Traditional Chinese Medicine divides the day into twelve two-hour windows, each associated with an organ system considered most active at that time. Qi Clock shows the live window on a twelve-segment dial and uses it as a practical scheduling guide — when to eat your largest meal, when to work, when to wind down, when to be asleep. A built-in explainer walks through all twelve windows. GUIDED MOVEMENT — 365 PRACTICES Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and Yoga flows with step-by-step instructions, suggested duration, and intensity level. Includes classical sets like the Eight Brocades and the 24-Form Tai Chi short form, plus targeted flows for tension, low energy, heaviness, and heat. A practice timer with a completion chime runs in-app, and you can log the session with adjustable minutes when you're done. Focus on a single discipline or keep all three in rotation. FOOD THERAPY — 365 RECIPES Food-therapy dishes with full ingredients, method, and the traditional benefit of each — congees, tonic soups, broths, stir-fries, teas, and snacks. Organized by breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea, and snack, matched to your current pattern, with daily or weekly meal plans and favorites you can save. TRENDS - Balance trend line across the last 14 days - Practice minutes for the last 7 days - Check-in and practice streaks - Which dimensions drift most often across your last 30 check-ins - Full, expandable check-in history with your own notes REMINDERS Optional daily or weekly nudges at a time you choose, to check in and practice. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything stays on your device. No account, no sign-up, no analytics, no servers, no ads. Your check-ins and notes never leave your phone. FREE The full app — all 365 practices, all 365 recipes, all tracking — with no in-app purchases and no subscription. NO BIRTH DATA REQUIRED Qi Clock does not use your birth date, birth chart, or star sign, and makes no predictions about your future. Everything it suggests comes from what you report feeling right now. Important: Qi Clock offers traditional wellness guidance for general education and self-care. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms that concern you.
