I like that I don’t have to wait in the queue, no need to make my order with the staff and going through the trouble of making payment via payment app. However my first time using the app, I kept checking the app on the status of my order as I waited for 15mins. I saw customers who came later than me getting their orders first so I had to go up to the counter to check and realised my order has already been ready for collection but the app says it was still preparing. This affected my first experience using the app. Please train your staff to attend to the orders via app properly

The reward especially the stamp status and usage is confusing and find no way to use.

There is no benefit of using the app to order.
There is no features to support special order requirements like exchange items or remove items like what you can do over counter.
You cannot order and specify an advance collection time.

Faulty/Petty Rewards System
QiJi has a very petty rewards system. And the mobile app is not helping at all given the various bugs present. Validity of the hard earned free drink and Laksa are very short, then the rewards disappeared…very petty on the part of QiJi. The app is faulty and I cannot even claim the free drink reward…an error showed up… time to boycott QiJi and support the local small business owners selling similar food. 🤷🏼♂️
