Not connecting to max 4
Got the new Qidi max 4 and make account on this app. Tried scanning QR code 10 times (invalid QR code)
Can’t connect
Right out of the box trying to get set up scan the barcode says not the correct version. I did the firm updates on the machine. There are no updates for the app and it won’t connect.
Works, sort of.
Most controls don’t work. Video is trash.
Not functional
Tried to create an account. Won’t generate a verification code “failed to retrieve”
Logged in through Apple. Fine. Tried to add a device. Cannot figure out how to get it to generate the QR code the app wants. Go through the wiki. None of the menus in the tutorial are showing up in the app. Beyond frustrating

Update the app
Come on and make the app more stable and actually work. It would be nice to have it work and connect in expert mood. But it work 2 out 10 times. We just want an app that works.
