Can’t log in
Update: The login issues were corrected in a new version. App works great now.
I can’t even log in so I can’t use it for anything. Tried creating an account online. Tried password log in. Tried verification codes. Nothing worked. Just says Account Error or Verification Code Expired.

Cannot simply add local printer via IP
Now it ask me to scan QR code where I don’t have. Previously it was simply adding the local IP, no use now.
Retired App for Newer Machines?
Seems like the app has been retired for some newer QIDI machines. QIDI should get better at communicating updates, as not everyone is on Reddit or other forums.
Doesn’t work
Took me forever to figure out the MAX 4 isn’t even listed. Waste of time. There’s a reason why so low rating.
After awhile, great app!
Over time I got use to this app, and honestly it’s pretty good! Though it does log me out every now and then but other than that it’s a great app!

Not connecting to max 4
Got the new Qidi max 4 and make account on this app. Tried scanning QR code 10 times (invalid QR code)
Can’t connect
Right out of the box trying to get set up scan the barcode says not the correct version. I did the firm updates on the machine. There are no updates for the app and it won’t connect.
Works, sort of.
Most controls don’t work. Video is trash.
Not functional
Tried to create an account. Won’t generate a verification code “failed to retrieve”
Logged in through Apple. Fine. Tried to add a device. Cannot figure out how to get it to generate the QR code the app wants. Go through the wiki. None of the menus in the tutorial are showing up in the app. Beyond frustrating

Update the app
Come on and make the app more stable and actually work. It would be nice to have it work and connect in expert mood. But it work 2 out 10 times. We just want an app that works.
Logs me out all the time
Qidi makes a decent product but the app is as basic as it comes and it constantly logs me out. I have other machines by snapmaker and Bambu,the Qidi app is the worse of them all.
Can't upload.3mf or .stl
I like that I can use "expert mode" to view more content about the printer but I can't upload any files from my iPhone 🙁
Terrible
This app is practically useless. IF and only if it stays logged in. You might be able to see what your machine is doing. 98% of the time it brings me to a mobile fluidd interface that constantly disconnects within 1 second of showing me what’s happening. The programmer who wrote this owes an apology to his parents for being such a disappointment to society.

Worst APP ever
It’s so hard to use the screen on the 3D printer is hard to use. Already not a fan and we are just getting started
Can’t use it
Can’t use the app. First you can choose English for language, but still shows Chinese language. Next can’t use because won’t connect to anything and requires to login into some online account? Why. Printer is in my network and not connecting to it over the internet.
Slow app
The app is so slow. I’m standing literally in front of my printer and wanted to see how fast it will connect and the all just cycles through refreshing and then freezes each time. So much regret buying this over bambulabs.
Basic function ok… several bugs. Using with Q2
I’m using it with Q2, there are few bugs such as the percentage not shown in the printer page while printing, printing speed shown as 100% always, missing print time and remaining print time… and others.
But it works for the very basic thing I need: remotely monitor the print.

I’d love to rename my Q2 printer, but unfortunately, the app only allows chinese characters.
