No longer can find my rego

I’ve been using this app happily for years to track when my rego is due. It no longer can find my registration or vin number, so kinda pointless now. Nothing has changed, and I recently received my rego renewal via QLD TMR so I know it’s still in the system.

Response from developer

Hi there. Please accept our apologies for the delayed reply. Great APP needs to include stolen vehicles

This is a great APP, I set reminders for my personal vehicles and stay on stop of my vehicle Registrations. Also helps with my fleet data and so I can identify make model and VIN’s of the vehicles I manage at work.
One great improvement and really needed, is the ability to identify vehicles reported Stolen. The QPS can’t do this alone & there are times where stolen vehicles are scouring the streets to break into houses, with the only information available from Face Book groups.
This would benefit the community greatly by being able to identify stolen cars and the community members could report immediately to Police, via a phone number provided in that part of the app.

You want to win the battle of youth crime, this is a joint effort, between Community, State Govt and the frontline policing services.

Update required to work

The app is great and fast when it works. There was a time when the app did not work and there was no error message, but I updated it and it worked. Would be helpful to have a message.

Response from developer

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you experienced issues previously. If you ever need help, you can reach out to our support team via email - mobileapps@tmr.qld.gov.au. AK

Roller back kms

They should had a feature like the nsw service app where you can check if the kms of a car has been rolled back. It would be a really good feature to save people from getting scammed.

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback, we'll take it on board for possible inclusion in future. However, regulations and processes between States for Safety Certificate requirements and recording of odometer readings varies. If you require any further assistance, our support team can be contacted via mobileapps@tmr.qld.gov.au. Thanks CG

Works great but make sure you update

FYI the searches only work if you are on the latest version. If an update comes out searches fail immediately and there is no notification that the reason no results were found is because you are not on the latest version.

Developer FYI you should make a pop-up saying the user needs to update before the app will work.
