A cool Que!
This is my first time dealing with a Que application and I can’t imagine it getting any better than Que. Minder. It’s easy to use with awesome features. I also know my stats which is great when I’m looking for a particular client I served. Keep up the great work.
Great tool for hospital front office
I work in revenue cycle at a hospital and several years back we implemented Qminder at the front desk to manage incoming patients. It’s been a great tool and resource for managing the front desk workflow.
We’re able to have different lines for different scenarios. This includes basic registration, billing questions, and scheduling needs. We can monitor wait times, service times, etc. This has helped us implement improvements in service and be able to have real data in our hands about volume.
This ipad app is a simple way to establish a sign in kiosk with minimal implementation effort. Qminder is simple, well designed, and provides the best tool I’ve seen for queue management.

Qminder is everything you want in an queue management app. It is configured the way your business is set up. It helps to maintain a really good workflow for your company. Also customer support is always their to assist you when you need them, you will never feel alone in the setup process.

I am a Director of a Testing Center at a Community College and have been using Q minder for a few years. Q minder has helped us tremendously with controlling the flow of students coming in, especially during busy times. In the past students would fill our reception area anxiously waiting to be served which in turn would make our staff anxious as well! Now students are free to walk around and relax outside the testing area until they are notified.
