تطبيق البنك معقد جداً وصعب الاستخدام وبمجرد دخولك الى اي خيار لاتستطيع ان تعود للصفحة السابقة لأنة بإختصار لايوجد سهم للرجوع
كذلك رسائل الاعلانات فقط باللغة الإنجليزية وكأنك في بريطانيا او في دولة اجنبية

An amazing app for an amazing bank
Hard to navigate
Very difficult to navigate and find what you are looking for it’s like a maze designed for hunters. I updated the app and it suddenly does not recognise my face id, password or username.

VPN, force updates
Not allowing a VPN while using a banking application is contrary to the primary use of VPN’s. Force updates without notice make the application useless and ergo the entire bank useless when you are on a limited data network. Also, it’s UPDATE, not upgrade.

QNB version 4.0.21
QNB version 4.0.21 keeps crashing on my mobile. My mobile iOS 15.8.5 and application is compatible to iOS 15.0 but still application crashes.

Easy way to use what you need in banking
Can't be any worse
I don't think that app can be any worse. Very laggy. Very buggy. You can't issue any virtual card. Not organized. Crash a lot. You can't turn off card. No limit for cards. These are very very basic features.

QNB is not friendly bank services are very complicated. To add a local account it takes 24 hrs. Even within QNB same. Lot of other issues as well. Will leave QNB for sure and will never advice my friends circle to avoid QNB
