Good sound
Really nice sound quality! but there are downsides to this app e.g. I really wish lyrics were added or the ability to add an image to a playlist cover. I think a feature of EQ would also be great to customize the sound. But it’s a good app anyway to listen to music
Best streaming App
This app has opened up a whole new world of possibilities in listening to music. Been indispensable since using it four years ago.
This app is buggy most of the time
I have really tried enjoying this app, but every time I need it some stupid error or bug prevents me from listening to the music I like. Its infuriating that I can use the service I pay for monthly.
Connection cuts out
I’m using Qobuz on a. iPhone . Initially I connected all the time now there are times when the connection cuts off even when I’m home . There is no support line to get in touch easily .

Favorite artists suddenly not available
Was loving this app until I logged in today and am getting “Not available in your country” for the artists I have been listening to on repeat for the past several months. If this is more than a temporary problem I will cancel my subscription.
Sucks after newest update
Qobuz is honestly the worst. If I hadn’t paid the year in advance I’d cancel it. They just updated and it’s completely unusable on CarPlay. The interface sucks more than ever, and it was never as good as Spotify even before. Now you can’t even just go to an artist and listen to their music on shuffle. I hate it.

App is dead on my iPad Pro
Just recently dumped my Amazon music unlimited, signed up to Qobuz as replacement. App is not working- play button and images do not appear. Tried reinstalling, tried shutting down iPad etc etc. will cancel subscription and find something else…
Great app, missing songs
If you really like to dig through niche artists or music from other regions of the world, You may find that this app will be missing quite a bit of songs and I’m unsure why, even when using the “request a track feature” I’ve been left hanging for months with no response. Although I love your app and how you’re anti-AI music, actually pay artists, and how clean the UI is.

Good idea, poor delivery
I tried the service for a couple of months and wanted to make it work, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.
The buffering issues were severe. Despite optimizing the settings for my connection, I could not get continuous playback during my daily routine.
The integration with other apps lead to interruption in playback which defeats the purpose of having a higher fidelity service.
Additionally, the library is missing staple tracks, which made navigation difficult and frequently forced me back to alternative streaming platforms.
Ultimately, the service feels underdeveloped. I also find the non-refundable contract terms to be unfair, and the customer support has been disappointing.

Not great
I appreciate that Qobuz pays their artists well, but they are far from being a reliable app. Rarely does my music play the first time through CarPlay when connected, I constantly am disconnecting and reconnecting, hitting pause and play, trying to start the music. Recently (maybe the newest update) has made it so that I can’t search for artists. Every one I search for comes back with “Unable to find << xx artist >>”. Even artists whose albums I have downloaded and listen to every day. But if I want to search for the artist and listen to a different album, they don’t exist. It doesn’t matter who, the search function is broken.
I want to like this app. I paid for a year upfront, but unless these issues are fixed and Qobuz implements some other good updates (like letting me prohibit certain artists from playing), I will not be a repeat subscriber.

Get this
Best music app ever.
Want to love but needs improvement!
I really love this app for listening to and discovering music but it sucks up data/battery like nothing else 😕 playback is also a little annoying when connection is iffy (why are you skipping the song you couldn’t play!!! I wanted that song)
Some bugs i’ve also experienced:
- from Library, clicking the three dots next to a song and clicking to unheart/remove the song, the song is not removed, instead it says added to library. I have to do this twice to actually remove the song
- when offline, clicking the Go to Downloads button just brings me to my whole library without the downloads filter.

Great app, but still missing in Poland
I really like Qobuz. It has a great, clean, and elegant interface, and the sound quality is truly top-notch. The music recommendations are a matter of personal preference, but they suit my preferences very well. I also appreciate its European roots. However, the main issue is that Qobuz is still not officially available in Poland, even though it was expected to launch here back in 2017. So, please bring it to Poland! 🇵🇱🇪🇺

Terrible performance
I don’t understand how people are giving decent reviews to this awful app while acknowledging it goes stretches where it just doesn’t play music, despite having good reception. I pay for the monthly subscription to this service, the fact I have to go long periods without being able access music is absurd.

Faltam algumas melhorias
O App poderia ter uma versão para Apple Watch, isso iria facilitar muito pra quem tem celular no Watch. Outro ponto importante é que quando está conectado no Car Play o App não exibe a tela de reprodução da música, somente uma interface com algumas opções. No restante o App é bom. Demora um pouco para reproduzir algumas músicas, talvez melhorar o mecanismo de cache.

Several problems with this app
-music frequently stops for no reason. have to skip song or restart song or restart the app to get it going again
-app frequently has problems connecting to a Bluetooth speaker
-app frequently forgets what song I'm on. If I'm in the middle of an album and stop listening and go back to it later, the song I'm on will just be gone and I have to go in my library and select it again. Meanwhile, if I open Spotify 3 months since the last time I've used it the last song I was listening to is still there at the exact second I stopped listening
-the songs I listen to scrobble on Last.fm after only 1 second of play. Songs should only scrobble after 50% of listening at least (this is to keep track of songs I've listened to)
-when plugging my phone to my car, I have to press play on the screen in my car, not the phone. If I press play on my phone it will not work and I have to restart the app and try again
-sometimes the app will just decide that a song can't be played and skip to the next one. How come the next song can play but not the one I was just on?
I have a year-long subscription but will not be resubscribing if these problems persist...

The app has become more robust since I posted this review a few months ago. The song stoppages are far less frequent. I haven't had an issue connecting to a Bluetooth speaker in a long time. Plugging my phone to my car works better now. So I'll upgrade my rating from 1-star to 2-stars.

-the app doesn't save the way I want to sort my songs. I'd like to display my playlist sorted by most recently added but it always reverts to its default order of oldest added
-I think the cache prioritizes the same songs when playing a playlist on shuffle. I have to clear the cache to hear songs I haven't heard in a long time

I am genuinely in awe right now. I’m hearing sounds I’ve never noticed on my favorite songs. It breathing new life into the music I listen to. Thank you. My only critique is we can add lyrics so I can learn and sing the right lyrics proper lol
