Too much security
It is supposed to be a communication app but you cannot stay signed in and have to sign in every time you use the app. For visa holders the app does not work. Their scoring process is only for citizens here in Australia. You have to take extra steps to verify your identity if you are a visa holder.
App not safe to use
As a parent who works in cyber security, I do not trust this app’s third party identity provider, GBG PLC, with my ID or my child’s information. Giving our personal government IDs to a company that processes that information in multiple different countries is a huge risk and we are being sold to the highest bidder.

Glitchy and unreliable
If the Dept want ms parent to use this app, fix it. It glitches or freezes so often, especially if trying to open it more than once a day. Incredibly frustrating.
Very unreliable
Spins and stalls. Very poor for a state education app
App is unusable due to the zoom
Please fix. The app is zoomed in so much it’s it unusable.
